The next day! The two girls went to go find the ball again. This time it might be easier to find it in the light so they went into the forest and they found it! But they wanted to play catch in there but they heard Grace’s mum so they started heading back when suddenly Grace trips on a stick. Kate tried to get her back on her feet but Grace couldn't, so she called out for Grace’s mum. When she came back with Grace’s mum, Kate had vanished!

My free writing sample.
For Literacy we have been doing some free writing. This is the story I created. I like the way I've written my story, but need to make sure all of my sentences make sense and my punctuation is in the right place.
Kate's disappearance
Once upon a time there was a girl named Kate. Kate was a beautiful girl and she loved to play with her friend's out side. One day she went to play catch with her friend Grace, Grace was her best friend ever! They hang out all the time but... one day they were playing catch outside but then suddenly her ball rolled in the forest so they left it until the next day.
